Photos for All Sports, All Seasons in One Single and Searchable Repository.

What do you like best? Custom metadata fields, easy upload, easy to share and download photos. What do you dislike? For metadata entry, for our purposes there was one metadata field that felt repetitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Taking various photos of all sports, all athletes and coaches throughout the years from 12 member institutions and organizing them into a single, shareable and searchable site.

Great customer service

What do you like best? Customer support is quick to respond when I have an issue. New issues forum guides NetX to implement new features their customers want. What do you dislike? Announcement of new features and changes sometimes lag the actual software release. Though this has been greatly improved over the last 6 months. For the level of complexity, I have always been pleased with how easy this tool is to use.

What do you like best? What I like best about this software is the people at NetX that develop and support it. We, like allot of companies, tend to be a little outside the box. The team at NetX has ALWAYS been available to talk about modifications and enhancements with great enthusiasm as well as great ideas for providing solutions! What do you dislike? What do you like best? We got the features we needed - a fully customizable DAM system with a portal setup and online template editor with the number of end users and space we needed. The rollout for our organization has been great and we know that we can continue to grow our system without unexpected costs. What do you dislike? Great for large universities!

What do you like best? I love that our university can easily share logos, templates, and photos without a drive or an emailed file. What do you dislike? It took a bit of setup initially, but it was worth it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We don't have to use google drive, emails, or physically hand off files to one another anymore with a DAM system in place.

What do you like best? The NetX staff are very responsive. Usually have a reply within a few minutes. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything to dislike yet. Very satisfied. We needed a robust flexible software able to host information for use in current and future business inquiries. NetX was able to evaluate what we needed and work with us to design the product we are using today.

Excellent value, easy to use!

What do you like best? Incredible easy to use; just drag and drop your assets from anywhere onto the screen and in they go. Sleek, easy to browse layout with multiple views to choose from. Sharing assets is just a few simple clicks and you're done! The support is fantastic as well. I've never been left with an unresolved issue. What do you dislike? Honestly, any little issue I've had has been met with openness and a willingness to work with me to develop these features, especially if ...
