Scalability, customization, and outstanding customer support

What do you like best? Our CSR knows the history of the product development, so he can explain why things work as they do. What do you dislike? No thesarus functionality (or if it exists, it's a module you pay extra for, so we don't have it). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using autotasks and APIs to automate data and image syncs between NetX and our CMS.

Really delivers as an archive

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Really have to commend how user-friendly this is. Besides that, I've found it really adaptable and intuitive when it comes to different situations. The speed I can upload things thanks to the drag and drop capability is a big plus. Also impressive is how easily I can look for, organize, and share content with this tool. Our social media campaigns have not proceeded much more smoothly. NetX DAM

What do you like best? NetX DAM has been a great benefit for our organization. Prior to establishing our DAM, visual assets were local server based and very difficult to access across our organization. NetX has corrected that issue and now any team member can access our assets at any point. Also the training and support from NetX has been incredible. Excellent and extensible DAM

What do you like best? -NetX has a lot of options for customizing how the system works. From metadata groups to custom workflows and forms. It's a really great system that can be used to manage both physical and digital artifacts. What do you dislike? - You need to have a tech-savvy digital librarian on your team to admin the DAM or it could go into disrepair. Excellent Digital Asset Manager

What do you like best? We love that it's a great tool at an affordable price. We're a young company and NetX has been perfect as we grow. What do you dislike? We'd love a little more social integration. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're trying to get the most out of all of our digital assets. NetX has been instrumental in helping us keep track and use our assets better.

NetX helped upgrade content management

What do you like best? NetX's platform is intuitive and well organized. The ability to offer a portal has effectively helped us organize content in a way that meets the needs of our client base. What do you dislike? Metadata is the most useful feature for us, and there are limitations when using the portal. NetX for Cultural Institutions

What do you like best? The accessibility of the interface, and the ability to create and adapt workflows. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The ability to manage folder structures on a granular level is incredibly helpful for controlling assets with restrictions. What do you dislike? Wonderfully flexible

What do you like best? The ability to associate one asset to multiple directories is wonderful. The share of assets, links and collections is a major plus. What do you dislike? This is complete cloud based so it can make initial file manipulation and integration quite cumbersome if you do not have a small set of assets. What do you like best? The system is well liked by staff at my institution, folks here find the interface easy to use.
