What do you like best? It's easy to use, both for administrators and end-users. We were using a (much) older version of NetX that our employees found confusing, but I've only heard good things about how easy it is to use the filters and save custom searches. There are ways for people from outside of your organization to view and submit assets, as well. What do you like best? Our account rep is spot on. Whenever we have a question, he responds very quickly and if he does not know the answer, he will quickly find it. Him and the development team have been more than willing to take a look at some accessibility issues we have been having with our site. What do you dislike? The money spent. What do you like best? Great search capability with Amazon Rekognition and Google Vision, other than the custom tags that you can add. Moreover the filters on the backend (app) are pretty detailed and let you organize and custom tag very efficiently. What do you dislike?
