Good tool for outreaching

What do you like best? Checker has a lof of functions, but I use a couple of them: 1. SERP parsing, I like package mode, when I can get TOP-100 by thousands keywords. 2. Email parsing, it's very useful for outreaching too. What do you dislike? I don't like desktop. I'm waiting cloud version. What problems are you solving with the product?
