I have a great experience using NetCrunch monitoring tool. I recommend it to all who needs to be aware of how well your infrastructure works at anytime.

Netcrunch experience

We have been using Netcrunch for a number of years, last year we had an issue with our server and we lost all of the Netcrunch installation. We contacted Netcrunch and bought a new license and the newest version of the product. They helped us with this new installation (we had a backup of the old configuration) and now everything is back to how it was. Best network and Infrastructure monitoring Solution

The entire installation process was very simple, very intuitive. Awesome monitoring packs and sensors, very accurate with the IT environment, definitely a very good software for Network and Infrastructure monitoring.

Keeping track of server issues is quickly done with the help of Net Crunch app.

PROS: It is easy for our team to oversee our servers' activity and our computers and database without the need to run multiple tracking apps in the background. Netcrunch is easy to learn, plus it does not require much space to use it 24/7. You can easily track downtime issues and address them right away.

PROS: The dashboard is straightforward to understand and not complicated at all. System alerts are also sent in advance, giving you time to fix any issues and prevent downtime. CONS: Limited integrations with other IT software which can be frustrating. We want to maximize Netcruch; however, some existing features seems to be not yet fully developed.

Overall the Netcrunch tool is good and I would recommend it to anyone. Even after having used Orion in the past. I can't think of anything that that product did that Netcrunch could not. As with any other products it has its quirks. Sometimes Windows services are reported as being down but they are not.
