What do you like best? I've used many social listening tools, but NetBase has been by far one of the most intuitive and exemplary solutions. Netbase is a powerful tool that helps our company deliver powerful social insights
What do you like best? The ability to quickly query any topic of information we need from a vast pool of conversation topics. What do you dislike? It is not immediately intuitive how long it takes for a topic to build. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been working to advise on social topics where timeseries plots and sentiment from a platform that provides quick turnaround times have proven most useful.

What do you like best? Create great dashboards relatively easily. Our best look social/pr/web response. What do you dislike? Relatively hard to navagate and find exactly what you are trying to determine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sentiment, typical keyword terms and many other metrics have been quite helpful in determining strategy.
