Changed the way we look at social insights
What do you like best? Netbase has allowed us to track events, campaigns, and crises like we never have been able to in the past. Being able to share with leadership how one event compares to another has been a huge win for us in the social media department. What do you dislike? There isn't a quick search capability. What do you like best? Netbase is constantly advancing its solution and regularly incorporating new features within its roadmap based on customer feedback. Great for exploring new ways of using Netbase
What do you like best? I liked the hands-on training session on Friday. It allowed me to ask a lot of questions on things I've often questioned and I learned a lot of new skills. What do you dislike? Given that I'm already a customer, it's obvious when some of the presentations try and sell the product to the prospects. What problems are you solving with the product?
