What do you like best? I like the ability to convert the data into understandable graphs that can be passed on to the client to help direct a strategy discussion. Netbase is one of the most valuable social tools I use

What do you like best? I tracks everything! I can create a topic about anything and track down what people are saying very quickly and easily. The built in tools for analyzing are deep and easy can answer any questions I have. What do you dislike? Building a topic is time consuming and labor intensive, any way for the tool to help or make suggestions would help remarkably. You don’t need to invest much time in the set up of your queries since you have the opportunity to filter in or out almost everything while doing the analysis.
