Great advanced analytics social media monitoring too

What do you like best? NetBase is a great tool for a variety of earned social media analytics projects. It's strong in social listening but also discussion analysis and topic identification. Great time at Netbase Live LA!

What do you like best? I liked hearing how different people used the tool and connecting with local media executives. What do you dislike? There are so many good sessions that sometimes I'd like to go to both that are at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using netbase in all phases of a client relationship - from pitch process to client reporting to identifying white space.

Netbase is my preferred tool for social listening and audience analysis

What do you like best? The ability to track owned versus earned media (Converged metrics), variety of filters, and the dashboards are user friendly. In general, Netbase's user interface outperforms other tools. I feel the data comes to life quicker within Netbase.
