What do you like best? NetBase provides great resources to continually learn about the tool. A few of these resources include informational articles, demonstrative videos, and customer support who is eager to help with any issues or answering your questions. The robustness and thoroughness of the data you are able to access along with incredible diversity in being able to display data/reports for our clients and even make it all automated to a certain extent. Great for analyzing audiences

What do you like best? My favorite feature is Crosstab analysis. You can get almost limitless outputs of information. You can compare a number of topics and filter them by a number of themes at the same time. There are so many possibilities beyond this. Industry leading tool with a collaborative & helpful team

What do you like best? I think what's most beneficial is the user-friendly elements of the tool. Particularly, the ability to build out topics without having to write it out in boolean queries. Another wonderful thing within that capability is the "tuner" feature, which helps optimize the query in a matter of seconds vs. traditional trial and error query building. What do you dislike? I love that I can search conversation surrounding particular brands/topics/industries by key words so that if I'm looking for the impact of a specific news story, creative idea, or product attribute reflected in consumer feedback, there is an easy way to find this information. What's most helpful about NetBase is you can really hone in on a specific audience segment and get a understand of how they change overtime time and what's changing that allows us to position our clients to better fulfill those changes.
