Love the product and our account manager.

What do you like best? Our account manager is extremely attentive and responsive to our company's needs. What do you dislike? The cap on topics and results we can pull in for searches. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Netbase to help our clients discover how they fit into industry-specific topics and conversations. The benefits include reliable insights into both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

What do you like best? Ability to splice and dice social conversation data in an intuitive way within the "Analyze" tab. What do you dislike? No real dislikes. What do you like best? Helpful support staff that are quick to respond to help you get the insights you need. What do you dislike? The limit on historical Twitter data, paying extra for a history days quota on top of the annual fee is a bit steep and sometimes limits our work when it would be useful to have 100% of historical data but not useful enough to justify the extra costs.
