"Great Product and Getting Better Backed By Great Support"
What do you like best about Net-Results? Very customizable. We use a very complicated CRM that was built in-house. We worked with Net-Results to integrate our CRM with Net-Results. This required some development on Net-Results end. We agreed they would have it done within a month and they got it done a week early! Support is excellent and receptive. Constant new releases. What do you like best about Net-Results? We like how Net-Results has reduced the time and effort we spend on our marketing activities, whether it's website or webpage development or marketing campaigns. What do you like best about Net-Results? Ease of use and excellent customer service. If our marketing team experiences a pain point, we get a valid solution from the support team with 24 hours. What do you dislike about Net-Results? The product needs better testing. You have to couple it with Email on Acid to ensure campaigns look the same across all email clients. What do you like best about Net-Results? They worked closely with us to create APIs that automate list management. People are automatically added to lists based on their browsing activity. What do you dislike about Net-Results? Forms could be improved to include dependent fields. Campaign building could be simplified; branching and list selection is very complex. What do you like best about Net-Results? The price. It is a great value for the functionality it delivers. What do you dislike about Net-Results? Can't send individual emails that will track links clicked by recipient unless a template is created. too much trouble for individual emails. "Net-Results is Perfect for Us"
What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-Results works exactly how it should. It makes it easy to create automated marketing campaigns for work. Everything is very self-explanatory, but if you need help, the support staff is available to help you. I love getting email notifications and reports without logging in. What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-Results is best with segmenting contacts. I still have much to learn on how to use the product and all its capabilities! What do you dislike about Net-Results? I wish they could do A/B testing of emails but they said that this feature is coming soon! What problems is Net-Results solving and how is that benefiting you? Lead generation. I have been using Net-Results mostly for drip and nurture campaigns.
