Terrible customer service, unreliable backups

Completely dropped the ball when site was hacked. I asked them to restore the site to a backup before it was hacked, they just restored it to a hacked version backup. When I told them that is not the site, they argued and said it was. Last I checked, a pediatrician's website doesn't look like some random agency services webpage. They went radio silent after I pointed that out. Thankfully, I had enough experience and foresight to have a clean backup file on my local machine, and used that to ...
