CDN errors, server issues and unhelpful customer service.

CDN errors. Suspect they have server issues as cache persist no matter how to clear caches. Used different PCs and browsers even clear cache from server end doesn't help. Restore site from their backups totally destroyed our site. Ended up in fatal error beyond repair. Customer service persons usually ask questions to answer our questions. Horrible service, extremely unprofessional and, awful management

At first, it was a very good hosting. I thought I made the best decision for my websites. I will never have to move away. though they don't offer any kind of email solution, still I was okay. Good Plans/Features. Zero Technical Support.

I booked a free trial that needs a business email. Registered the account and had to contact support to activate it. Tried to configure test websites and I couldn't access the WordPress dashboard. Again, had to contact support via live chat to fix it. Waited for like 3 hours. Then, I decided to ask a few technical queries and live chat couldn't give me an answer. What do you like best about Nestify? The dashboard is easy to use and you don't have to dive deep to configure or manage servers/sites. Very easy to spin new websites and servers up as well.

No DNS settings/Site went down/Can't Cancel Subscription

I bought a wordpress site hosted on Nestify, I wanted to access the DNS settings but couldn't do it within the platform. Contacted support for help - they were fast to respond but couldn't help me access the DNS settings. After that my site went down and they couldn't understand why it did, they just told me to point the DNS records to their address in my domain registrar but that didn't work either. What do you like best about Nestify? The sales page and sales reps that promised me everything before purchasing.... that was promising for about a single day or so until I did the migration and it quickly turned sour.

Dodged a bullet

I used Nestify.io migration service on their 7 day trial. They first migrated to a staging environment where it all appeared to migrate fine. They then transferred the staging site to the live environment. I ran a page speed test and found the page took more than twice as long to load vs my original host.
