What do you like best? Nessus gives clear and concise explanations of the findings and links how to resolve them What do you dislike? I dislike the wording sometimes I find it hard to figure which system is having the issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: Well rounded products and you get out what you put into it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Positive Experience"

What do you like best? - Security Center's ease of use while providing useful information. - Interface is very user friendly - Updating policies and scans are simple - Creating queries is extremely easy What do you dislike? Honestly, there isn't much I don't like. I've been very pleased with Nessus overall. My only complaint is with the detection of the HSTS plugin (84502). It is something we are audited on and it simply never goes away without manual intervention. It be great to see this ...

What do you like best? Easy navigation of Nessus interface. Scans on demand or scheduled. Easy setup of the software, with intuitive design of scans, including creating your own specialized or custom scans What do you dislike? Numerous false positive found. What do you like best? We can automate it and use it with our CI to produce potential candidate vulnerabilities. It finds many potential issues. What do you dislike? Several of the issues NESSUS finds are really low probability issues for us, so we end up chasing things we really would not have to look at. "Makes finding vulnerabilities a breeze"

What do you like best? We use it to find vulnerabilities with primarily Windows Servers. It does a great job of finding missing patches and missing settings to enable some of those patches. What do you dislike? Nessus Manager is not good for larger teams needing to manage scan definitions. It is also needs significant customization for doing compliance scans. What do you like best? Ability to throttle scanning as to not cause system impacts. What do you dislike? Reports could be more flexible. Would like to have greater flexibility for vulnerability management as opposed to leveraging another tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
