Navvia for helping drive enhancements and proper documentation.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Navvia does its best to make sure documentation in processes/requirements/specs remain comprehensive. It also tries to keep them together logically while remaining effective. The tool doesn't entail us to be full-time experts in process documentation. At the same time, it ensures we're able to get things right. It has plenty of examples through templates and organized in such a manner to prevent missing out on essential elements. ...

Our process design structure and success was radically changed. An awesome tool!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We love the comprehensive approach and structure involved in the software process design. Its ITL templates have been really useful. Training as well as customer support has been one of our best experiences. Their response time was quick. Support was excellent. They're expert using the tool and won't slow down to a stop until your problems are solved or you've successfully accomplished training. What aspects are problematic or could ...

Making use of this service for today and tomorrow.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Navvia is highly intuitive. It offers awesome assistance in the process of mapping. It also also allows for tech specifications and workflow documentation for dev teams. As a result, it decreased development times. And that's nothing to put down! What aspects are problematic or could work better? There wasn't one thing that we'd like to change or hate. It's a superb product! What specific problems in your company were solved by ...

It didn't disappoint.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Everything required for process documentation is made available in Navvia. There aren't any purchase levels consisting or excluding specific functionality. Even with the components there, you have the option to go big or small with data. It's a plus having ServiceNow accelerators since we're currently a ServiceNow shop. Onboarding training appears to be thorough. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I was hoping they'd ...

Brilliant software

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Navvia offers great support. The tool's functionality is unlimited. I make use of this tool for creating Process Maturity Assessment as well as processing documents. There's no other tool like it in the market that does what I want in my job daily. Its ServiceNow-related process Documents are a huge win as we're heavily dependent on it. Having the ability to make custom-processed documents for our processes is a huge plus. What ...

A success story that involves the implementation of ServiceNow.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The Navvia team has great knowledge when it comes to IT Service Management. Thanks to them, our processes are now mature. We look forward to teaming with them as we carry out newer processes. Since making a move to ServiceNow several years ago, we've been engaged with Navvia consultatnts in helping us with a CMDB solution. This proved to be a useful tool in understanding our inventory (both software and hardware). We're able to ...
