Unacceptable Service and Functionality
What do you like best? We were drawn to the clean interface and onboarding tools within the program. The product still looks good, but that's about as much credit as I'll give. What do you dislike? Our biggest issue with Namely was on the benefits administration side. Their demo team implied that our benefits enrollment was completed automatically, but what they meant was we enrolled electronically and eventually someone on their team would get around to submitting that information ...

Potential for really good technology, but there are major fundamental flaws and service is horrible.
What do you like best? The technology is very user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? HRIS and Payroll are 2 distinct platforms that do not sync or play together very well. Emphasizing in my above comment that the technology SHOULD be able to address all of your HRIS & Payroll needs. Very User friendly
What do you like best? I like that namely is very user friendly although it has a lot complicated data. Namely makes it easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Nothing majorly wrong but I just think the layout is outdated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There a lot of thinks we do through Namely like applying for benefits at work and apply for vacation time.

I like feeling seeing my benefits, pto and pay statements
What do you like best? Being able to send off my PTO requests in real time and the convenience of using the platform to do so. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything yet.So far so good! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am not having any trouble with Namely.

What do you like best? The technology is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Also, it's a very comprehensive system that should be able to address all of your HRIS & Payroll needs. What do you like best? I love their reporting section. There are so many different things to pull and its really easy to pull whatever information you need. What do you dislike? (This is prior to their new customer service portal so I can't speak to that, but this is from my experience over the last year). Namely Review
What do you like best? Namely is the easiest way to submit off for PTO as well as see which holidays your company gives employees off for. What do you dislike? There is nothing in particular that comes to mind as it relates to Namely. Overall I would say keep up the great work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of being able to track my paid time off as well as my benefits information is contained in Namely.

Easy to use modern platform
What do you like best? Its a clean and fairly easy to use system. The reporting and analytics can be easily customized. What do you dislike? The separate platforms between payroll and HRIS systems. The reporting on payroll isn't as easy as HRIS. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of all employee data and compensation in one handy system is great.

Good for small to mid size companies
What do you like best? Lots of custom fields to track different employee profile attributes. What do you dislike? Reporting functionality is limited. PTO tracking could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking employee goals. Previously this was being done in Excel spreadsheets on a share drive.
