What do you like best? We like PTO tracking and performance management What do you dislike? Some things that are not able to be customized Recommendations to others considering the product: Make a detailed list of expectations and make sure they are able to meet them. A powerful tool with good support, but needs improvement

What do you like best? As an admin, I love the freedom I have to do just about everything I need to do. Our previous HRIS/Payroll program had little to no customization options. There are some aspects of Namely that seem completely ignored, even though other HRIS/Payroll systems have no issues making those aspects user friendly. What do you like best? Namely is a modern HR Platform that can handle payroll, benefits and talent management. It is just as ubiquitous in professional life, as it is a cloud based platform which makes work easy and convenient. At top there's Home, People and Teams. What do you like best? The aspects that are used most by employees are sleek and easy to navigate. The newsfeed - when done right - is a great culture booster. What do you dislike? Some aspects are harder for managers to use. I get the most complaints about the reviews function. There's some opportunity to make that work better and be more flexible. Namely is our payroll/HR system that we currently use at Omni Logistics. It's such a great system!

What do you like best? Namely has been improving more and more, I am glad to use Namely. They listen to our recommendations which makes our lives easier at work! What do you dislike? So far no dislikes, we are able to reach out to customer service agents at any time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll and HR needs, we pay our employees on a timely manner every time.

Not functionally great if you are in Finance or HR. Would NOT recommend.

What do you like best? I think from an employee perspective, the interface is ok, but that's it. It seems most of these positive reviews are from the employee perspective, and not the admin perspective where the most issues are from payroll or benefits admin. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Namely Provides a smooth and seamless experience when utilized for the purposes of Time Clocking. Allowing access for employees to clock-in, check, and edit their time cards to ensure accuracy.
