PROS: What I love about Namely is the design and functionality. Our employee engage with social-media-esque. We use various applications daily and the fact that we needed another HR tool means that we wanted to make the workflow for our team accessible and friendly. Namely doesn’t lose the functionality nor tis reporting capability. CONS: To be honest, I don’t really have problems with Namely, its customer service is great I can ask questions and I get the answers immediately without fail.

PROS: Firstly, I am amazed of their customer service, they will guide through every step and they will try to fix every issue you face no matter how insignificant may be. It is very customizable and easy to use the reports writer. I provides great integration with other parts of the system (Payroll, Benefits and Talent). PROS: We love Namely’s automation, it helps us to empower the employees so they can serve themselves and our managers are able to make changes on behalf of their employees so that everything flows into the payroll and benefits. CONS: There is nothing I dislike about Namely.
