What do you like best about Namely? I enjoy how user friendly the website is and how easy it is for employees to interact with one another! What do you dislike about Namely? Since I received a new account team, the benefits admin team has fallen off drastically. What problems is Namely solving and how is that benefiting you? Tax set-up for all of the new states we are hiring in as been a massive time saver!

What do you like best about Namely? That I have a dedicated team to work with. What do you dislike about Namely? Not all issues can be resolved in the manner needed. What problems is Namely solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to keep track of employee info and profiles and update them when needed.

The benefits consultants assigned to our account are easy to communicate with, respond in a timely manner and answer any questions the employer and employees might have. What do you like best about Namely? Namely is super user-friendly. I've been able to navigate the platform without issue. Whenever I'm not able to solve a problem myself, the Help Community always has an answer. What do you dislike about Namely? The only part of the platform that could be more user-friendly would be the User Access scoped permissions tab. The wording seems to have been over-simplified to a point where it's confusing. What do you like best about Namely? The best is the ease of implementation. It is truly an out-of-the-box solution that is intuitive for all who use the software. It does what it says it is going to do. Easy to integrate with our payroll system, ERP system, and financial systems/processes. The efficiency gains are excellent as well.
