"Love it as a user - all information in ONE place!"

What do you like best about Namely? From an end-user experience it's very seamless and consoliates all information I need to know about my benefits, employment, salary, documents, PTO, birthdays, etc. ALL in one place! Previous companies had at least 3-5 different systems to do this and it would get confusing and frustrating. What do you dislike about Namely? The only downside is they don't have an org chart feature. This would be really helpful to have in a "all things People/HR" ...

Helps to create payroll for employees and manage workforce details in a single space.

What do you like best about Namely? For the end user, I love the clean, familiar look and feel of Namely. For the administrative side, I love the customizable access that can be quickly and easily set up for a variety of access needs. What do you dislike about Namely? What do you like best about Namely? I like how efficient it is to go in and look at your paycheck or benefits. You can submit time off requests as well. What do you dislike about Namely? What do you like best about Namely? The wide variety of payroll reports is really helpful. there are literally dozens to pick from. What do you dislike about Namely? The wide variety of payroll reports is also really hard to navigate. If there is a way to mark reports as a favorite I haven't found it. What problems is Namely solving and how is that benefiting you? Namely processes our payroll quickly and securly. It also files our 941 and processes our w2s.

What do you dislike about Namely? Sometimes you must complete too many steps and submit many documents to make a change. For example, to change a company name in the system, we were asked to request and provide a letter from the IRS. The tax return with a new name was not sufficient for some ...

What do you like best about Namely? Intuitive and easy to use. Newsfeed encourages a fun and interactive space that adds to our culture. What do you dislike about Namely? Multi-EIN payroll reports are all separate. No way to view aggregate payroll information. What problems is Namely solving and how is that benefiting you? HRIS platform that employees access. Employees actually utilize the platform regularly. Helps to have a centralize document storage and employee records.
