Wow amazing customer service
Wow, what great service. Easy to navigate through everything. I had a stupid mistake and forgot to cancel my yearly renewal for a domain and the staff kindly helped me!

If you send a DMCA to namecheap they will claim that it is absent of certain features it contains. You cannot respond via email, you have to respond on their site. If you try to do so, you will find that you have to be a namecheap customer and log in, in order to respond, which I'm sure is a nice little earner for them.

I realized that I've been a customer of Namecheap for 8 years and I never left a review, guess I took the good service for granted.At first I transferred a domain from another registrar and later I got a web hosting plan. I can't recall any downtime and whenever there was a problem, the live support staff was always able to solve any issue I had. Not to mention the professional and friendly attitude.Keep up the good work Namecheap!

Terrible customer support and server-downtime
I've been a Namecheap customer for about 2.5 year now and the first year or so I had little to no problems - everything worked and when it didn't the Live-chat solved it pretty fast.But...the past year has been an awful experience for me - I never get notified when the servers are down - which they are quite a lot lately (as a matter of fact they're down as I write this review, and when I ask the customer they seem to be uninformed and unaware of just about anything.I have contacted the ...

They are slow and useless!
They are slow and useless!Never use this company. 3 weeks later and they still did not send me my login details to update my website since taking over the account from the previous developer.You are stuck if your previous developer did not do a handover of login details. When you request and show proof you are the developer and CTO of the company, they wont send you the details. I am not happy with Namecheap customer support. Today I try to buy 1 WordPress hosting package and that called EasyWPBETA package but it does not take my Namecheap fund money. Sorry to say a very bad experience. You cannot reach them by phone only chat and email. I ordered a domain though them and they tacked on another domain and charged me for it without my knowledge. When I contacted the and showed the activation email and how it only had one domain instead of two this is how they responded.
