They helping them self and take money from my card without any authorization, and my bank recognized as unauthorize transaction so they need to block my card an issue new card. Go with too much cautions!

As far as their customers are concerned, IF you are experienced with Name-cheap then you may be OK, but if you aren't then they have some soldiers out there in support team or social platforms which have guns in their hands and f you speak a word against NameCheap or said it cheap because "cheap" is in its name and its many feature's quality is cheap. On the other hand their prices are higher than their competitors. Oh come-on then this cheap is just their because your products are cheap?? ...

Speaking as a total noob

Speaking as a total noob with managing websites my previous host for help. I was met with a complete wall of helpfiles and gobbdygook . So when I changed to Namescheap it was a breath of fresh air. The helpdesk where very polite and understanding and helped me sort out problems of my own making (two hours total.

Namecheap WhoisGuard SCAM

Namecheap WhoisGuard SCAM - Namecheap recently emailed me about renewing their WhoisGuard product - which is basically domain privacy. I have one domain registered in June and one registered in February and yet, they say WhoisGuard is expiring within 30 days and to pay now. Sounds scammy, yeah? When I talked to support, they offered me a coupon.
