Unhelpful online service 'help'
I contacted their online service help desk over a simple question.The 'helper' made no effort at all to be helpful, and was simply sarcastic.

Very good company!
Not a bad company at all in all fairness, very cheap domain names and a really good services. I own a website design and marketing company and always use and recommend NameCheap to our clients.
