Domains gut, Server schlecht
Domains sind seht günsig, und einfach zu erwerben. Die server hingegen sind sehr schwach, ebenso der Kundendienst. ABER dafür wird man wenigstens an eine brauchbare Technikabteilung weitergeleitet, welche tatsächlich Probleme löst. Gesamt in Ordnung

Does the job until things go wrong. Then it falls apart...
First of all let me say that I have mutiple accounts with name cheap - however i stumbled across a problem when trying to add hosting to another account which led to an error being produced (not letting me into easyWP - basically rendering my account useless. Contacted their live support system. It is clear that they have very limited technical knowledge from the out set with simple copy paste questions/responses to situations. Cheap and Very Good.
Namecheap is a very good registrar with very cheap domains and they are very professional.However I have one complaint and that is the Nameservers that you set a domain name to take forever to update. Otherwise good registrar, Keep it up!

GESCHÄFTSSCHÄDIGEND!Absolut unfähige Menschen die dort im Support arbeiten... man kündigt Wochen im vorraus an, dass es an einem bestimmten Tag etwas mehr traffic geben könnte und es wird ZUGESICHERT es ist alles vorbereitet und am Tag X klappt nichts und die Server sind einfach für über 24 Stunden komplett down... der Support ist unfähig und schlecht, wenn man nicht fähig ist, eine Leistung zu erbringen, sollte man sie sich nicht bezahlen lassen, NIE WIEDER!!!

Todo funciona bien con ellos hasta que tienes un problema. En mi caso no puedo acceder a la cuenta de hosting desde hace semanas, y el soporte de chat no puede resolver nada. Te dice que debes enviar un ticket, que no te resuelven de inmediato sino que tienes que esperar hasta que les de la gana de responder.
