I work in PR my whole job depends on communication! Every now and again my emails decide to be down to the point where I have paying clients text message me to tell me they can't get through to me on my emails! Wow boy do they make me look incompetent! Staff are kids who have zero knowledge and are useless and will keep you on chat for 30 minutes - 1 hour with still no resolution! Namecheap is my forever home for my domains
I have been with Namecheap for a good five years now. might be even longer and I have had both bad and good experience with them, but mostly good!Now I own all my domains with them, and they are very cheap - and provide fantastic service. I've found their support to be excellent. They are not "western", but they are educated and speak English very well. Better than the typical support coming out of the Philippines, Mexico or India, for sure.Prices are reasonable. They have great promotions on things like hosting and domain registration, where you can get a super deal. First year domain registration includes free private proxy registration. Poor customer service un western staff…
Poor customer service from none western staff.Was not comfortable providing the government ID they requested to anonymous persons after losing the account password .Unnecessary identification theft , credit card details etc all verified.Account recovery should be done via an sms if emails are not accessible for some reason not passports and driving licences sent outside the EU jurisdiction.Bad experience.

I absolutely hate Namecheap
I absolutely hate Namecheap. I think Namecheap is a great name for their website because they are cheap. They cost you a lot of money and have 0 customer service. I have not been able to publish my website in over a week and can’t even get help! I asked for a refund they said no. I’m currently using godaddy and they have customer service they are cheap and I had absolutely no problem with them. Pretty incompetent sales support
Pretty incompetent sales support, often times they have no technical knowledge. Tried to ask a few question on the paid DNS, they never understood my question.

Best support in the business!
