Suspend domain without notice and blaim…
Suspend domain without notice and blaim it on ICAAN. Yes, I understand the ICAAN rules but at the same time I expect that the new registrar are capable to change the contact information to my account information or at least warning me if I have to do it myself. Of course I dont use my old "privacy proteciton" email from the old registrar any longer. Not rocket science...OK prices but there is other cheaper alternatives with free whois.

Will suspend your domain for NO REASON!
Horribly inept company. Suspended my domain after renewing for 5 years, claiming I didn't respond to emails asking to confirm contact details. Bullcrap, they never sent any emails! They sit and argue with me instead of apologizing. They cost me $1000 because of their inept service. Unacceptable! I would not register any domains with them.

The customer service is HORRENDOUS
The customer service is HORRENDOUS. Or the lack thereof, I should say. They don't have a number you can call, and their online chat is beyond awful. These people work in call centres all over the world but know nothing about the product and are responding to countless inquiries at the same time, so between each message there is at least a 2 minute response time. It's next level horrible. Stay away.
