Unable to fulfill the most basic of transfers and no communication
Terrible. I was transferring a domain to Namecheap. After 3 weeks waiting for them to do something I contacted support to be told that they were no longer able to do this. They had not bothered to get in touch and tell me that I could have found out by looking in a status updates archive page!They have promised to refund me but I also incurred costs to update the tag with the previous registrar (one of the reasons that I was leaving them so I am out of pocket and frustrated by poor ...

Nightmare experience. Stay with .io domains.
I bought a domain. Set it up. First few days are awesome.On the third day I start receiving tens of phone-calls from website developers. Few days and hundred of calls later i decide to change my phone number and email on the whois information.A couple of days later my domain is locked for invalid whois information.I request a refund, they say it's past the 72 hours mark, up to which everything was perfect. Conviniently they sell whois protection.Wolf In Sheep's Clothing.

Notice all BAD / 1 STAR REVIEWS are REAL PEOPLE - and 4 and 5 STAR REVIEWS are FAKE PEOPLE - OR STAFFSCAM - This site is used to launder money - they charge $19 just to inquire WHO stole your site - and then MINIMUM $199 bid to get back a stolen website - which they purposely register - bc they do not make hosting money as their servers are slow as crap.... The best support I've ever experienced.
Not only do they have the best prices I could find and an easy-to-use website, but whenever I have a problem that I can't fix myself (sometimes actually a really difficult problem, I can use the live chat and talk to someone. Every single time I have used this, the person has been very polite and it seems like everyone working there is actually an expert as they always figure out the problem for me.

I just bought one domain and wanted to…
I just bought one domain and wanted to buy some special WP hosting plan with it but I was unable to pay with Bitcoin/Paypal so I contacted support and they refunded my domain purchase without any hassle. I wasted like 10 minutes of my life chatting to their support because I'm going to deposit same money again just because pleasant experience. Keep good job.
