poor support

poor support, they brush aside issues as developer issues when in actual it is a environment issue. it took me 24 hours to convince them it is a environment setup issue. 48 hours later still they are giving irrelevant answers totally nothing to do with the issue. this is my experience on a number of support ticketsdo not get swayed by their cheap prices, they do not include cpanel or managed support their final price is on par with other vendors. am having bad time with their support who ...

The pricing is a bit on the higher side. The support is one of the best in the industry. Its also very easy to use.

A great product with great service at a great price. A recipe for success.

I have been a client with a well known hosting/domain company for many years. With growth and popularity comes higher prices and lesser products. A friend referred me to NameCheap and I am glad he did. They offer a great product at great prices without the BS. They are available and helpful and always giving honest support. I will take honesty and good service any day of the week. Keep of the great work and don't change, you are great the way you are!

Domain name + cheap = Namecheap

Ho acquistato su Namecheap il dominio .wiki per il mio progetto e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Prezzi vantaggiosi sopratutto per il primo anno e pannello per gestire il dominio funzionale. Lo consiglio.

Good but not ideal

+ Cheaper and easier then GoDaddy- Auto-renew is not as good as GD. GD use Paypal which unlike card does not expire. The card we had on the account expired and a domain was not renewed.

Helpful and informative

Ordinarily find my self on this site when I’m at my wits end with corporate p***take - so it’s a great thing that right now I’m feeling the need to heap some praise. Redux: I recently had the fun task of migrating 10 years of freelance client’s websites and updating the DNS record which meant I ended up in myriad control panels of different hosting / domain registrars my clients had used. Namecheap stuck out as having good clean UX and being genuinely helpful - maybe not the most radical ...
