"Excellent ticketing system"
What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? The integration with SolarWinds RMM. Tickets are logged and closed automatically as issues are fixed via the RMM dashboard. We can view client notes, passwords or take control of a machine from the one website. It is simple to customize alerts for aging tickets or SLA's.

"Good for smaller businesses"
What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? I liked that you could interface it with the rest of the software offered by N-Able as well as other software. Also, the overall admin management part of the software is intuitive enough that you don't need a degree in it to get what you want from the software.

What do you like best about N-able MSP Manager? Solarwinds has very customisable error reporting. It also makes patch management across multiple sites much easier. What do you dislike about N-able MSP Manager?
