MySQL good DB but Workbench is painful

What do you like best? Community Edition, easy to develop and local testing. What do you dislike? The database is very good but the way they do the workbench us just painful at least for me is not user-friendly at all. What do you like best? MySQL is user-friendly program that helps me to achieve my tasks in the database of my company. It's a rapid response program. What do you dislike?
