Avoid

I did use their service for a year and it did work. I tried to cancel but an automatic payment was made late so I paid for a second year. Cancelled the auto payment and now 3 years later they are still bothering me. I tried the email address for cancellations and they are ignoring my request and still offering me discounts instead.

They will take your money and run.

They are thieves, avoid like the plague! Took money from my PayPal after I cancelled. I cancelled because When I did need to back up my files there was a problem with their storage and backups and they couldn't find my files.
