The customer service was wonderful. I enjoyed using Efax. Efax is fast and accurate. I will recommend Efax to anyone that needs a reliable faxing service on their mobile phone. This is the best app for faxing. I spoke to Marijana S. when I called in and she was very pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Iraia was very helpful. I just needed to update my credit card information. I had tried to do it on the phone with the automated attendant, but the line was scratchy and sometimes it didn't hear my selections - so finally I was connected to a human being who was a wonderful help. Three cheers for Iraia!
