Cancelled my account since it is not needed any longer. Joke was very helpful in the chat. The account is closed which was my intention. Quick and easy.

MyFax.com was my first online Fax…

MyFax.com was my first online Fax service which I used. It was pleasure using this service and I closed my account today because I did not need that account anymore. I called there customer service to cancel my account. They asked for my Fax number and last digits of payment debit/credit card. I will always go back to MyFax.com for if I ever need virtual fax number. They offered a special discount at the end via email and I might have considered it if I needed fax number.Thank you so much.

My agent who helped me was most courteous and knowledgeable of my situation. His name is Moe. He was a joy to work with, and I am so thankful for his courtesy, politeness, and understanding. 5 stars is not adequate for Moe....there should be a higher setting for him.
