Very helpful and powerful software

What do you like best? Keeping all of my different clients and tasks organized to the second! What do you dislike? The reporting page is a bit clunky and changes often, but that said it is a very powerful tool to use and present with my invoices. My Hours Works!

What do you like best? The software is reliable and easy to use! What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike; the software works like a charm. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to keep accurate time worked for my clients. One of the main benefits of My Hours is that is saves me time and allows me to backtrack to see how much time i spent on a project.

A vital tool for my business

What do you like best? How simple and easy it is to use - I am able to track clients and projects with ease, and view at a glance where I'm at in terms of time and agreed hours. What do you dislike? It seems to update quite a lot - that's not a negative thing really, sometimes things are slightly different from one month to the next. The report function in particular has changed quite a bit and I did quite like the previous layout. Definitely not the end of the world though!! ...

What do you like best? The interface became very intuitive. The buttons are located in the right places. It feels responsive and safe What do you dislike? Adding tasks on the main page are not connected to projects therefore requires to go there in order to add. Forgotten tasks that are extending too much should be marked at the end of the month in order to adjust. What do you like best? Easy to log time. Quick to add tasks/sub tasks and time. Great reporting in all formats. Can put in charge time also.
