What do you like best about My Clients Plus? Very data oriented (spreadsheets, bulk, etc.) Simple interface - not about being pretty but functional

What do you like best about My Clients Plus? The most helpful thing about it is that the customer service is outstanding! I also think for the most part the way the system is set up is very user friendly and when I don't understand how to do something the staff is amazing and super helpful!
