Questionable plans and payment changes

A couple of months ago, I paid $10 for the Muvi pay-as-you-go streaming service. After a couple of tests, I decided that it wasn’t for me, so I moved on. I haven’t used the service and won’t be using it. Yesterday, I noticed a second payment of $99 taken from my bank account. Muvi has a lot of potential

Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.
