Mural is a great help for remote sessions

What do you like best? Sharing something that used to be unshareable: big boards full of sticky notes. This allows to do remote workshops. What do you dislike? Although Mural is very well documented, I think the facilitator functions need more explaining to allow for a quick start. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do some trial runs first before hosting a real remote session. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Effective Digital Collaboration

What do you like best? It's been great to do work with remote teams from user research to actual design. Fantastic Distributed Collaboration Tool

What do you like best? I work with colleagues all around the globe, and the ability to collaborate with them virtually, as if we were actually around a whiteboard putting up sticky notes is fantastic. We use it for all kinds of design work, from UX to Agile roadmapping to release planning. Doing some brainstorming? Throw up a quick board to capture those ideas! Need to gain consensus? Copy the bullets out of the email and create an affinity map. What do you dislike? I wish there ...

It's a nice and handy tool to share thoughts and insights among geographically dispersed team member

What do you like best? You only need to have a browser available on your laptop to start using this tool. It doesn't require a deep or intense training to use it, most of its functions are intuitive or can be explained quickly. It simplifies a lot all the logistics involved on remote teams. What do you dislike? Navigation and zoom is still not straight forward, you need to configure your mouse properly to navigate and zoom on a mural board. It would be better if you could just use ...
