Love it, but don't trust it 100%

What do you like best? I find it to be just what we need as a facilitator. Pretty friendly and not as complicated as MIRO for some of our facilitations, where professionals or students are not used to this tipe of virtual collaboration What do you dislike? Several times I have had sessions and have had to create a miro last minute due to some technical issue going on. Just las week, I had 6 breakouts at the same time having issues using their mural due to error message. Once I had ...

Great co-creation

What do you like best? - templates - visual and "easy" to create workshop - vote real time - sharing without login (example: customers) What do you dislike? Artificial intelligence: to analize the answers (repetitive ideas or similars) Profile Settinfs for customers: it is important in all plan prices UX: ppt is more easier than mural. But maybe is my adoption process The price What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Engaging, Creative and Easy to use! Up your game with Mural.

What do you like best? The capability to make any workshop interactive with the stickies, real time multi people updates , voting and much more (which I might have not explored yet). What do you dislike? I love Mural. However sometime it takes forever to load a Mural. We can have few more things like: - I would like to have more fonts and able to set the font sizes at least a few so that I can have standard sizes. - Integration with Trello would be great. - Access ...

Simple *and* Powerful

What do you like best? The learning curve is virtually flat. You can get huge value from it within minutes of starting to use it. What do you dislike? I'd like it to be a bit more obvious who contributed what - vs having to click into a details pane. Recommendations to others considering the product: Understand that Mural is intentionally simple. Its power comes from the focus of its features, not from having tons and tons of features. For those who've tried and been ...

Game changer for the new normal.

What do you like best? We're very reliant on quickly sketching out ideas and ever since we've had to start working remotely MURAL has been indispensable to fill that void. But it is so much more than just a digital whiteboard. The access to templates that have been tried and true for almost any kind of working session bring so much value to our collaborative process. What do you dislike? My only two gripes I have are when there are too many artifacts in a MURAL board, there's a lag ...

Online workshops that work well

What do you like best? MURAL has become the backbone of our workshop-driven strategy process. MURAL makes it quite easy to customize whiteboards for different workshops, and save and duplicate boards for other, similar workshops. Built-in timer and voting are useful for prioritization. And there's a pretty good selection of components and templates. What do you dislike? Template frameworks aren't editable. (Template boards are.) 2-factor voting (for example, difficulty and impact) ...

Mural has just enough functionality + ease of use

What do you like best? Ease of use; great introductory guides and webinars to get started quickly as a super-user. Quick to respond to help questions as I'm learning. Easy to add guest users without requiring them to create an account. What do you dislike? Has less functionality than competitor, Miro, such as 'breaking up' slides into separate areas. (But this keeps it simpler to learn.) Recommendations to others considering the product: Go through the online tutorials and ...

Powerful but easy to use platform, with excellent support staff

What do you like best? Full-featured User-friendly Great library of resources Excellent staff What do you dislike? Load times could be faster Platform crashed once What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to build a new business helping organizations solve complex problems – despite all of the COVID-19-related restrictions

Stable, highly flexible and makes remote work SO much more fun and engaging

What do you like best? The support is amazing! Great software that's backed by responsive real humans that are great to deal with. What do you dislike? There are some small quirks around workspaces and licensing that take a bit of getting used to. I do like that any limits are not hard-restrictive i.e. you can still get the immediate job done What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Large scale collaboration. It has allowed me to ...

It enables students to collaborate on a design project using a defined set of methods

What do you like best? It enables my students to collaborate in real-time either if they are right across each other or at home. It permits them to use the Design Thinking methods in a visual way while keeping the project documented. We have set a set of methods and we created a template board that we replicate for each class and each group. What do you dislike? I find it hard to scroll around, even using the outline. I feel it takes a bit of time to load pages, sometimes. I find ...
