Easy online whiteboard collaboration tool for both, simple and complex cases
What do you like best? MURAL is really easy to use. Working as a UX Designer, it adds tons of value to my work. I've introduced dozens of colleagues and customers to MURAL, and everyone gets started real quick. The integrated guides (create a new MURAL from template and search for "guide") help a lot, as well as the integrated help and sophisticated ressources on the web page. You'll be productive in no time. What do you dislike? It's hard to really pick something here. Being in a ...

Effective and powerful tool for brainstorming
What do you like best? Almost everyone is aware of Mural. There are uncountable pros of it. This amazing tool converts ideas into visual representations that can be easily shared with several other people. This tool gives me the chance for categorizing things. The thing which I strongly appreciate is the voting mechanism. It let us vote on particular ideas. This is proving to be helpful for remote workers. What do you dislike? Initially its mobile and tablet version seems to be ...

Mural is a powerful tool for collaborating and visualizing
What do you like best? I like that I can easily visualize the discussion we are having and best of all, I can invite the participants to join me as we discuss and create. Also love the friendly approach given to consultants and access in general. What do you dislike? I have on occasion needed to refresh the browser because the Mural has become unresponsive. It hasn't happened this week so I assume whatever was going on has been fixed. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Powerful, user-friendly online whiteboarding
What do you like best? Mural uses simple tools that feel familiar to anyone who's collaborated on a wall. It's a big whiteboard. You can easily add sticky notes. You can easily draw everyone's attention to an area. We've been using it with clients and partners for ideation workshops, and everyone comments about what a great tool it is. What do you dislike? Some features could be enhanced to work better, or provide more functionality. Anonymous voting is a great feature, but I wish ...

Highly recommend for remotely working teams
What do you like best? When the pandemic started, we were forced to work from home & remotely collaborate. We needed to look for online tools that would help us be more productively. Mural was one of the leading candidates. Key features like 'voting' & timers while collaborating simultaneously are key features for our workshops. I also like that we can expand the canvas to add more materials, sticky-notes, guides, and so on. What do you dislike? Mural suffers from some performance ...

Amazing app
What do you like best? It's very easy to use with a very low entry barrier, while still maintaining very powerful features. The voting feature and timers are extremely easy to use and very useful for a wide variety of sessions. What do you dislike? Export feature still needs to mature and doesn't work well with certain embedded items. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a lifesaver for handling remote collaboration efforts. Most similar online ...

Best virtual whiteboard tool I've found
What do you like best? User interface is easy to use and understand for new users joining the platform for a workshop for the first time. Being able to join a board without having to log in or sign up is also a real asset and makes adoption of the platform across the company so much faster. What do you dislike? It can be hard to find the Murals you have created when you have many board on the go! although the 'recently opened' tab helps with this. Recommendations to others ...

Visual facitiation is now better online than in real live. No need for paper sticky notes anymore
What do you like best? Working in real time on the same areas using sticky-notes, images, and icons. Imagine 15 People on one single whiteboard in real-life... What do you dislike? Chat with anonymous users is not implemented, so I still need to switch between two Softwares What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it in various (all most all) Workshop settings e.g. We currently do evaluate business models, structure the ...
