Drive decision making and maintain engagement
What do you like best? I’ve used Mural for over 2 years now to run remote workshops with groups of up to 15 participants. My clients really love it! The best thing about it in my view is that you can build from independent work to group exercises and discussions and using brainstorming and the voting tool to drive decision making and action. I also like that you can invite people to collaborate with you without them having to pay for membership. I’m the Mural expert at my organisation, ...

Bring imaginations into reality
What do you like best? Mural is the program that converts my ideas into reality. It is very user friendly application that works with fast speed and has simplest interface for understanding. I am now at ease to create meetings and delivery what exactly we think. Through its sticky notes I am capable to memorize the most points and we easily organize our “lists”, “flowcharts”, “diagrams”, “frameworks”, “methods” and “drawings”. What do you dislike? It is capable of meeting our all ...

Mural as the main digital workspace for visual collaboration.
What do you like best? Mural catches my attention in several aspects, in general I like it since it is a visual collaboration tool designed for the creative teams of each company to make the remote design process more efficient, it guarantees comfort and success to companies once implemented on its digital platform, mentioning that it has a tool that allows you to manually edit the design created automatically by this subtle application in real time. What do you dislike? This ...

Excellent online collaboration and endless possibilities to manage remote teams in an efficient way!
What do you like best? I like that the platform is intuitive and flexible. you do not need much training in order to get started. I signed up for Mural when the Covid-19 crisis required me to rethink my operations and find new ways to manage teams remotely. The upside with Mural is that it is very intuitive and versatile. I can create my own templates as well as use existing. It is easy to use the catalog of templates and pick one to use as a foundation if you want to modify it. ...

Very helpful tool for remote sessions
What do you like best? Easy to collaborate remotely, specially on Design Thinking Sessions. Having super powers (facilitator) helps a lot. The templates are very helpful to prepare sessions. What do you dislike? Every time a Mural has lots of post its or lots of participants it gets very difficult to work (slow). Also the Price - When comparing with other similar solutions (Miro), Mural is more Expensive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Watch the ...

Solid Online Engagement
What do you like best? I love that I was able to take in-person design thinking, customer experience workshops into an online environment. The anticipation, level of creativity and engagement is always high-impact. Clients who are new to Mural are curious, then hooked! The benefit to online collaboration is the Mural can be accessed 24-7. This allows clients to continually progress outside the workshop. What do you dislike? Occasionally there's lag, but I suppose we're all ...

Mural: A much needed tool for virtual collaboration during the difficult time due to Covid-19
What do you like best? The training resources are awesome, especially the frequency of live training as well as backstage pass were immensely useful in quick on-boarding. What do you dislike? Not being able to copy-paste between murals, or I just do not not know how to do it! Also, it would be helpful if users are prompted to confirm their decision while deleting a board. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a highly useful tool for facilitating ...
