Crashing Remote environment and bringing even more collaboration than ever!

What do you like best? Pretty intuitive, sleek tool that helps our global organization come together during this uneasy time and collaborate as never before. It helps in breaking silos, gives everyone a seat at the table, allows for synchronous and asynchronous work, accomodating the distributed nature of our teams. MURAL team is absolutely amazing at providing support! What do you dislike? I would like to see more design elements and options, especially for non-designers :) ...

Essential for remote collaboration work

What do you like best? MURAL helps our teams recreate all the things they would do around a whiteboard in the office. Since March our Agile feature teams have been working remotely due to COVID. Although video conferencing software and Jira/Confluence help a lot, the true value of fast progress and a shared understanding comes from visual real-time collaboration. For me, MURAL is the market leader in this respect. It's intuitive to use, and with infinitely sizeable boards, you can just ...

Our Digitally Limitless Brainspace

What do you like best? It's perpetual availability and the limitless possibilities it provides our teams, wherever they are located, to come up with solutions and innovative ideas. We've run dozens of projects and every time we use it there's some new and exciting way to leverage its technology. It has saved hundreds of hours of back-and-forth emails, calls, and meetings simply by allowing us to have our own shared desk/whiteboard/chat. Probably the most notable improvement is how ...

The best way to get people across the globe in the same room for ideation!

What do you like best? Many people have experience with ideation sessions in person and in the same room. But what if you can't do that? What if you want people from different offices, states, or countries to participate without blowing the budget? Mural makes it really easy. Everyone can share idea live, break out in groups as needed, circle back to murals and rooms between sessions if needed, and feel like they are part of the greater team and greater good. It's intuitive to use ...

The best for doing work not just talking.

What do you like best? Collaborative, distributed creativity... What do you dislike? There is a learning curve due to its power. Recommendations to others considering the product: I am constantly sharing MURAL with people who lead or create work through a distributed team structure. Test with a small team for CREATING something actually needed. Note how much can be done that a typical Zoom or other Application does not provide for. Zoom is for talking, MURAL is for ...

Amazingly feature-rich replacement for face to face collaboration with students and colleagues.

What do you like best? Very easy onboarding and learning curve. What do you dislike? Wish the iPad app was as fully featured as the web app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a college program. One of our biggest hurdles when moving our program to remote delivery was addressing courses that required students and advisors to share a space to collaborate. It has addressed these initial needs and we are constantly ...

Easy and visual collaboration that makes an impact

What do you like best? Very easy to use, minimal friction to getting ideas and thoughts down on paper What do you dislike? There is allot of capability and shortcuts that you have to either know or find out which can continuously take you to the next level Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to learn the short cut keys and pan/zoom settings. Leverage the premade templates to get a start and get ideas. Make sure not to overlook the image and ...

MURAL MURAL You're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind

What do you like best? MURAL is like Powerpoint, Whiteboards, and G-Suite, on Steroids. Just with out the ragey side effects. I can pretty much run any meeting or presentation in MURAL all while allowing everyone else to be active participants vs sleeping participants. What do you dislike? My world has yet to accept it like Google. I tell people to use it and sometimes they say, no, looks complicated. To which I say, don't knock it until you try it. But still some people refuse ...

Flexible, intentionally designed online whiteboarding solution with great customer support

What do you like best? MURAL is quick to pick up and has tons of resources available to up-level your game, with 60 second tips, downloadable books on facilitation, weekly "backstage passes" to some of the coolest companies using MURAL, and a great customer success team. What do you dislike? I really wish their shortcuts were more discoverable in context. It also lacks some of the personalized design options available in tools like Miro, but I honestly rarely miss them. What ...

Solves so many problems

What do you like best? • Relieves the logistical pain of doing in-person sprints: Rounding up Post-Its, sharpies, rooms with whiteboard space, collecting Post-Its afterward, flying people in from other offices, and managing a large group • Preparing a sprint space is done in minutes in a Mural rather than booking large conference rooms, carrying around supplies, and setting things up beforehand • The entire sprint session can be laid out before the participants so they can see ...
