10 keer een belangrijke bestelling proberen te betalen. Alles geprobeerd, Visa, Paypal, BC, .. Enkel een blank scherm als resultaat.Deze bestelling van +€1000 zal dus niet tijdig geleverd kunnen worden en zal gedeelte nutteloos zijn.

Oops, an error occurred.
Dus naar MultiSafepay- support alle gegevens over Txic 407460908 ingevuld en druk op verzenden, krijg ik een bericht " Oops, an error occurred " van een open source content managementsysteem die om een donatie vraagt, terwijl ik nog steeds in ""Contactfromconsument-NL25523"" sta. Drie maal geprobeerd. Je moet bij MultiSafepay zelfs voor een contactformulier betalen.

After I'd already placed an order and paid for it, I got an email from this company saying I hadn't paid yet. There was a link so I could pay. It looked like a phishing scam. I didn't sign up for their service, but got a pop-up to insure my order by some other company, which I assume then triggered the scam email to pay again for something I already paid for. Very dishonest company! There was also no way to unsubscribe from their emails. I never subscribed to their service, and didn't order ...

Ik maak erg graag gebruik van MultiSafepay. Jammer om te lezen dat veel consumenten niet begrijpen dat MultiSafepay niet verantwoordelijk is voor operationele zaken van een webshop.

After I'd already placed an order and paid for it, I got an email from thus company saying I hadn't paid yet. There was a link so I could pay. It looked like a phishing scam. I didn't sign up for their service, but got a pop-up to insure my order by some other company, which I assume then triggered the scam email to pay again for something I already paid for. Makkelijk geld verdienen...
Ik bestel in een webwinkel op 27-08-2020 een product van euro 25,20. Verzend en administratie kosten euro 6,95 is totaal euro 32,15 Omdat de afgesproken levering datum niet werd gehaald de aankoop geannuleerd. Op 05-11-2020 terugbetaling van euro 18,25 van de webwinkel via MultiSafepay. Dat is makkelijk geld verdienen....euro 12,90 kwijt.
