Complex APIs made easy

What do you like best? Very much enjoyed the drag and drop nature and easy data transformation tools. This makes it very easy to create basic to complex APIs in no time. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be rather clunky to drag tools to and from different flows. This is something that is easier to do my editing the XML directly which is not ideal for inexperienced users.
