What do you like best about Muck Rack? I love the simplicity of of the interface. Everything is easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? I don't love how you can't edit the original copy of a pitch once you've personalized it. I don't love that I can't delete test pitches that I sent out to myself so I can clear out the list of non-real pitches. It is easy to find reporters, set up a media list, use the platform to pitch directly to those reporters and then track responses. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? What do you like best about Muck Rack? Muck Rack is very full-service, offering all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a media monitoring platform/media database. I most appreciate the way it's built its media database, however.
