"Brilliant UI, easy to use and fast responses"

What do you like best about Muck Rack? The UI is much easier to use than other similar products (I've used Cision in the past). I also love how I can reach a real person with the chat function instantly to ask a question or make a suggested edit. There is currently nothing that I dislike about the Muck Rack software. What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Muck Rack? Muckrack is great for finding unique journalists and publications with thorough contact information. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? Some contacts aren't entirely correct (bounced emails, broken links, etc.) What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? MuckRack has cut my list building time in half and it has the huge benefit of being able to see what other team members have interacted with a contact.
