What do you like best about Muck Rack? I like being able to keep track of pitches, customize them, track opens, follow up emails & customer support is very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? Not being able to filter out repeat article headlines What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? Time management. MuckRack has several tools that I utulize to save time and work more efficiently.
