Excellent tools with great customer service

What do you like best? Muck Rack has done a great job integrating a media database with a CRM. It is easy to find reporters, set up a media list, use the platform to pitch directly to those reporters and then track responses. What do you dislike? Muck Rack is super user friendly

What do you like best? I have used many media/press databases in the last decade and Muck Rack has been one of the best experiences so far. What do you dislike? A lot of times articles generated in a reporter's profile are repetitive. I understand they are pulled from syndicated sources but I wonder if there is a way to streamline that and show only the original articles and just include a blurb saying "this article appear in X other outlets, click here to find out more."
