PROS: All your bases are covered with this platform. MRI provides a comprehensive report on your portfolio's financial state and even projections that you can make better and more effective management decisions. CONS: There are some occasional accounting errors which I hope would be fixed soon.

My excellent MRI experience

PROS: MRI was able to bring order into our operations, especially on the part of the financing. We are able to get detailed computations and better track our financial performance. CONS: The platform can be complex to a first-time user. But luckily MRI has a live support team to help you whenever you need it.

The ability to import past year's budgets, reforecast with actuals data and the interface B&F has to the Commercial Management module which makes that portion of the budget process much easier! What do you dislike about MRI Property Management? At last usage of Budgeting and Forecasting, any forecasting/calculation of Commercial Management information - for example CAM charges - did not flow back into CM at all. What do you like best about MRI Property Management? - it’s user interface and the most important it provides accurate results. Which helps in taking appropriate decision. What do you dislike about MRI Property Management? I feel sometime, there is performance issue while working with large data. What problems is MRI Property Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Yearly budget and forecasting for different projects ( inventory)

The best of the best property management software

PROS: What got me instantly into MRI is its capability to integrate with numerous platforms. Another factor is the ease at which you use it. The interface is very intuitive, it didn't take days to be comfortable with it. CONS: The system can lag often especially when you are handling a handful of leasing tasks. Also, a mobile application would be advantageous.

Trustworthy, easy-to-use platform

PROS: MRI is a key tool in managing your leasing business, especially if you have a large portfolio. Another plus for me is that it's really user-friendly even to newbies. CONS: There are a few issues but not really deal breakers. For instance, it has a different way of integrating with other apps. And there are some redundant processes and commands.

As a property administrator, I enjoy the ease of searching for vendors and identifying their codes for invoicing. What do you dislike about MRI Property Management? While their search tool offers a variety of ways to find vendors (name, address, telephone number, etc), it does have a few bugs. What do you like best about MRI Property Management? MRI provides an accurate, in-depth view of financial data. It has multiple functions and there are many, many different types of reports that you can run, making it a versatile and steadfast financial tool. I like the ability to run quick rent rolls, ledgers, aged reports and variance analysis which are reports that I need everyday to do my job. What do you dislike about MRI Property Management?
