MRI Commercial Management Reviews in February 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Not the best support crew.

PROS: This provides us the best support for our field of work. It can be configured according to our needs as well. CONS: They don't have the most responsive team. It takes a ridiculously long time to get a hold of them. And even then, it takes even longer for them to resolve the issues that we need help with. It's frustrating, to be honest.

Great, but reports are so-so.

PROS: Two things that I like about this program: its clean layout and reliable data support. CONS: The templates for reports are pretty much fixed. Customizing them is a tall order.

The reports are great!

PROS: First of all, MRI has a really solid team of experts to help its users out in case of issues. I love how I'm given the option either to call them or to simply file a ticket online. They're responsive and polite--two characteristics I always look for in customer reps. The data that MRI provides as a way for us to gain insight into the efficiency of our workflow is useful too. CONS: Some tools need to be modified. For example, the system lags whenever I attempt to print out items from it.

A perfect 5 if a few tweaks will be implemented

PROS: I did not have much trouble learning the ins and outs of this program. Its storage capabilities are pretty solid too. CONS: The design seems a little intimidating at first. It would be appreciated if they update it so it looks more modern.
